The Adria Villa apartment is a freshly renovated 65 m² holiday apartment in Velden am Wörthersee, designed for four guests. It features two bedrooms, one bathroom, a large terrace with mountain views, and its own carport parking space. The lake shore and the Velden Casino are about 800 meters away on foot.
What we have been cultivating at Lake Ossiach for years – thoughtful amenities, a quiet location, personal service – is now also available at Lake Wörthersee. With the Adria Villa in Velden, we are expanding our offering to include an apartment that is just as carefully furnished as our houses in Annenheim, just with the casino, promenade, and lake stage right on the doorstep.
Newly renovated, modernly furnished, and in a quiet location—the Adria Villa is a 65 m² on the first floor, perfect for four guests. Two bedrooms with king-size box-spring beds ensure restful nights, while the open-concept living and dining area with a smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi provides cozy evenings for two or four.
But the most beautiful spot in the house is outdoors: the large terrace with a view of the mountains—perfect for your first cup of coffee in the morning and your last glass of wine in the evening.
Towels, bed linens, electricity, and heat are included in the price. All you need to bring is your suitcase.
E-bike rentals (URAN Bikeshop), Pizzeria Marietta, and an M-Preis supermarket are within easy walking distance. Lake Wörthersee and the Velden Casino are about 800 meters away. And if you want to go further: The A2 on-ramp is about a five-minute drive away. .

Velden am Wörthersee is the most famous resort on the Carinthian ring of lakes: the promenade, castle, casino, and swimming bays are all close to each other. From here, you can reach the mountains as well as the state capital Klagenfurt in half an hour.
The Velden lake promenade is the town's main stage: cafés, boat docks, and the castle park are lined up along the shore. The Velden Casino and the lake stage are within walking distance - in the evening, the shortest route from the apartment to the entertainment.
Lake Wörthersee is one of the warmest swimming lakes in the Alps and regularly reaches over 24 °C in midsummer. Lido baths, boat rentals, stand-up paddleboarding, and the Wörthersee shipping company all start directly in Velden.
Around Velden there are paths of every length: the lakeside path towards Pörtschach for the evening stroll, the ascent to Mount Kanzianiberg, or full-day tours in the Karawanken mountains. E-bikes are available within walking distance of the apartment.
The Pyramidenkogel observation tower, the Eagle Arena and the Landskron Monkey Mountain as well as Minimundus in Klagenfurt are all within a half-hour drive - good destinations for days when the weather doesn't cooperate.
Velden is also accessible in winter and quiet. The Gerlitzen Alpe and Dreiländereck ski resorts are within driving distance, and the Advent by the Lake is one of the region's most famous events.
From the supermarket around the corner to award-winning lakeside dining, everything is there. Those who prefer to cook for themselves will find everything they need in the fully equipped kitchen – including a dishwasher for afterwards.
Via the A2 Südautobahn, take the Velden exit. From the slip road, it is about five minutes to the apartment. Your carport parking space is reserved and free of charge.
The Velden am Wörther See train station is served regularly from Villach and Klagenfurt. From the station, the Adria Villa is easily accessible by taxi.
Klagenfurt Airport is about 30 kilometers away, and Ljubljana and Venice can be reached in about two hours by car.

Yes. The apartment includes its own carport parking space, which is provided free of charge. There is no electric vehicle charging station at the property; public charging points are available in the Velden area.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the Adria Villa. The apartment is also strictly non-smoking.
Bed linen, towels, heating, electricity, Wi-Fi, and the carport parking space are included. In the kitchen, you will find a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, and a Nespresso machine. A washing machine is available in the apartment.
Yes. The Adria Villa is managed by the same hosts as the apartments in Annenheim on Lake Ossiach. The location is different—Velden is on Lake Wörthersee, about a 25-minute drive away—but the standard and personal service are the same.
