Our guests can Gerlitzenbad in Annenheim-Sattendorf free to use. The bathroom is about a 3-minute drive from the apartment building.

We have 12 apartments of various sizes: studio apartments for 2 people, 2-room apartments for 3–4 people, and family apartments for up to 6 people.

Yes, a dog up to 15 kg is welcome in apartments Top 19 Luxury Lakeview Apartment and Top 20 Alpine Lifestyle Apartment for a one-time cleaning fee of EUR 30. Pets are not allowed in any other apartments.

Yes, each apartment is assigned one free covered parking space. Some parking spaces have e-charging stations (Type 2, 22 kW) available.

Free high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi is available in all apartments and on the pier — also ideal for workation guests.

We are open year-round. Summer season: May to September (swimming, water sports). Winter season: December to March (skiing Gerlitzen, winter hiking). The shoulder seasons in April and October/November are ideal for guests seeking tranquility.

The Ossiach Lake is one of the warmest Alpine lakes: in July/August it reaches up to 28–30 °C, and in June and September, it is mostly 20–24 °C.

Yes, the rental is nearby Chrisport for e-bikes & mountain bikes (including guided tours). Stand-up paddleboards and kayaks can be rented, for example, at the campsite's bathing area.
