Our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) contain all the important information about the regulations for bookings, payments, cancellations and the stay in our apartments. They serve as a legal basis for transparent and fair cooperation and answer frequently asked questions about our services.

Payment options

We offer the following payment options: PayPal or bank transfer.
The entire accommodation price must be paid in advance.
There are no cash payment options on site.

50 % of the accommodation price must be paid within 14 days of your booking so that we can secure your reservation. The remaining amount is due 2 weeks before arrival. You will then receive a reminder email from us with all the details.
